The Question and Renee Montoya travel to Gotham City to warn Renee's ex, Kate Kane - otherwise known as the new Batwoman, that she is in grave danger from Intergang who wish to fulfill an evil prophecy by making her a human sacrifice. Will they arrive in time to help her, and even if they do, will Batwoman accept help from Renee? Meanwhile, on the other side of the galaxy, Adam Strange, Animal Man, Starfire and Lobo face off against Erkon, who really wants his emerald eye back.
