Item Biography
*In the aftermath of the failed Nazi scheme 'Vampir Sturm', there has been a steep price paid by the Nazi perpetrators. As the bodies stack up, Professor Trevor Bruttenholm suspects the force behind this slaughter, and so does his eerie Soviet counterpart, the young Varvara. Bruttenholm collects a fresh team of operatives for the B.P.R.D., and sets them off to France to trace a lead at the chateau of a Baron Konig, burned to the ground some one hundred and eighty years ago. His operatives arrive, and most of the men take the mission lightly...all except Simon Anders. Anders goes to the library to learn about his foe, but once there meets a woman who lures him to visit the Chateau alone, by moonlight, and it seems not ruinous at all. *Source: Warlock
**In 1946, the Nazi Occult Bureau's Project Vampir Sturm threatened to destroy the fragile peace following the end of the Second World War. A year later, the B.P.R.D. learns that there are creatures far older -- and far more dangerous -- than the Nazis' creations, as a lone vampire nobleman ruthlessly hunts the survivors of the Third Reich. **Source: darkhorse.com
