When Nova Kane's friend is kidnapped right thru a brick wall, she calls on E-Man for help. Unfortunately, the city is in a massive power outage and the Mayor has requested that E-Man be on-call for emergencies. Thus, Nova seeks her own aid in the form of private detective Mike Mauser.
