The X-Men collide with X-Factor as the past battles the present and neither side is holding back in this scrap. Madelyne confronts Scott and gives him a choice, save Jean from her demon parents or save Madelyne from N'Astirth. As Scott picks Jean and Madelyne gets away from him again, his little brother Alex joins Madelyne, the Goblin Queen. All attention is turned to the Empire State Building as Madelyne plans to use her son as a sacrifice to bridge Limbo with the real world, but Storm, Colossus, Jean and Scott are closing in to stop her. Both teams of X-Men resolve their differences and decide to work together to stop N'Astirth and save Madelyne and her son and the entire world.
