Item Biography

"The Hand of Darkness" Vanth hands over teleportation drives, that were stolen from the Instrumentality, to the Monarchy. This is done in the hopes to avoid massive bloodshed if the Instrumentality were to over-throw the Monarchy. Lord Papal sends assassins and other threats to end this interference from Vanth, but it all fails.
