"Paint it Black"

At dinner, the Human Torch from the future accuses Alex of being in league with Dr. Doom, an accusation which the others think is crazy. Doom later advises Alex to kill the Torch to end his threat.

The creative team from Marvel comes to tour with the FF to give them some badly-needed PR. Scott unfortunately takes them on dangerous outing, and Matt Fraction, Mike Allred, and Tom Brevoort are hanging on for dear life.

Alex, burdened with his assignment from Doom, asks the others if they have ever killed anybody. Ahura takes him to the expert, Maximus the Mad. Maximus insists on playing a game with the kids in exchange for his knowledge. If the kids lose, it means granting Maximus his freedom.
