Special Agent Jennifer Norton sends Midnighter to the failing Nautilus orbital space station on a supposed containment and rescue mission, before the station crashes into downtown Boston. However Midnighter must fight through a station filled with infected abducted Americans, who've been experimented on by their own government. Calling in a favor, Midnighter has Apollo redirect the Nautilus into the desert, providing some poetic justice.
