Convicted Mayor Sonny Baskerville is touring, Marv of the Five Swell Guy's is convalescing from a gunshot wound to the head, the psychotic Painted Doll (who inflicted the wound) is back to finish Marv off, Barbara Shelley (ex-Promethea host) lies near death, and Sophie Bangs is trapped with her friend Stacia and her mom as wizard Benny Solomon's horde of demons attack. What to do?
Sophie resorts to the inconceivable, summoning 4 versions of Promethea with her friends and family as hosts, evening the odds.
The Painted Doll kamikazes, taking Benny Solomon with him. The demons flee in fear of the multiple Prometheas, seeking refuge inside Mayor Baskerville.
