Realizing that they can only defeat Doctor Sun's evil with another evil, Quincy Harker and his associates restore Dracula to life. After literally rising from his own ashes, the Lord of the Vampires sets off in search of blood and runs into another old Nemesis, Blade.
Unable to believe Dracula's tale, Blade returns with the vampire to confront Harker. After initially declaring that he wants nothing to do with an alliance with Dracula, Blade reconsiders and decides to follow the vampire when he heads out in search of Doctor Sun.
Arriving at Sun's headquarters, Blade realizes that matters are even worse than Harker made them sound. Finally understanding the dire situation that has lead to Harker's truce with his old enemy, Blade decides to assist Dracula in his confrontation with Doctor Sun.
