"Fight and Flight"
Spider-Man comes to the mansion but is attacked by Bishop, who does not know or trust Spider-Man until Beast vouches for him. Spidey comes to warn the X-Men about Jameson's investigation into Graydon Creed. The X-Men decide to tail Jameson on a trip to England but as things go, nothing goes smoothly for the X-Men as the plane carrying Jameson is attacked by Havok. The confrontation heats up as Scott emerges from the plane to battle his brother and to figure out why Havok has flipped sides and is now working for the Brotherhood. Havok tells him that he is free of everyone's influence and is pursuing his own path, a path that nearly kills Scott. Meanwhile, an undercover reporter for the Bugle waits in London to pass along the information he dug up on Graydon Creed, mainly that his parents are notorious Super-Villains and the mutants known as Mystique and Sabretooth. But Nick Bandouveris never gets to show this proof to anyone as Bastion kills him before Nick can talk to Jameson.
