"Batman's Greatest Failure!"

When a movie actor becomes scarred and paralyzed from a stunt gone wrong, he threatens to kill all those associated with the project. The Batman pledges to protect the people on the movie set, he is proven wrong as the director is "accidently" electrocuted on the movie set the next day.
