"Eve of Destruction, Part One: From the Ashes of the Past... Still Another Genesis!"
Jean Grey is on a mission of the utmost importance: she must recruit an entirely new X-Men team in light of the coming war with Magneto. Magneto is ready to let loose his Genosha based army against the world's human population and these new X-Men are all that stand between peace and all out war. Jean learns just how hard it was for Charles Xavier to recruit previous teams of X-Men, and how much harder still it is to help them trust and fight alongside each other. Jean gets the team together and presses them into action. Their mission is to rescue Professor X from Magneto on Genosha but they are discovered the moment they fly into Genoshan airspace. It seems that Jean's new team can not stop Magneto or the war.
Jean's new team including Joanna Cargil (Frenzy), Northstar, Paulie Provenzano, Wraith, Dazzler, & Sunpyre (the half-sister of Sunfire).
