"The Wild Hunt, Part 2"
*Hellboy has been betrayed and attacked by the members of the Wild Hunt, and in a dream, sees visions of King Arthur's tomb. When he comes to, he finds that he is under the protection of a mysterious benefactor, a songbird who hid Hellboy when giants fell upon the Hunt and devoured them. Hellboy wants no such protection and takes on the giants, falling into a berzerker rage. Elsewhere, a despairing Gruagach awaits with his brothers in the Tuatha de Danaan for the resurrection of Nimue the Queen of Blood. We learn of Gruagach's tragic history as a once powerful and handsome being, and his fall from grace. Gruagach is visited by a mysterious stranger, Astaroth the Arch-devil, who comes to give Gruagach the power to resurrect Nimue. *Source: Warlock

"How Koshchei Became Deathless, Part 1 of 2"
*The origin of the Russian Warrior who transcended death by means of his betrayal by his peers, then is rescued by supernatural forces. Koshchei was once a fine soldier, but one who showed compassion to his enemies. This stirred the hatred of his fellow soldiers, who beat him near death, and left him in the woods. There, he was found by a dragon that saved his life in exchange for 9 years of servitude. Koshchei returned to the world of Man with a gift from the dragon, a suit of mail which rendered Koshchei invulnerable. A king heard of Koshchei's dominance on the field of battle, and offered Koshchei his daughter's hand in marriage.
