Maybe I jumped the Gun....

So today I walked into my LCS and picked up my stack of books and told him to cancel my subscription to Detective Comics...because for me the book was going no where.

Then I read issue 860 and I finally started to get into Batwoman (no not that way gwad you people are awful). I started to get a better feel for her as a character. Maybe I just did not care for all the monster stories at the beginning but now I think I get where it was all going.

This was probably the best story I have read since picking this book up around the time of Bruce's "death" as far as Detective Comics goes. It is not going to win an award but it puts the how and the why for this character on center stage. Now I get her, I get her drive and her determination.

Maybe things will look up for this book.
