Vampirella has found a new home in Dynamite Entertainment. With this move Vampirella continues the tradition of great art and story telling, gore and blood, and sexy content. The uniqueness of this series is what many critics have pointed out negatively, which is that Vampirella is covered too much for their taste. I find it refreshing to see Vampirella's other aspects emphasized; it makes for a better read and allows us to focus on the story and the art to a greater extent. I believe Vampirella fans will get all they want as the story evolves and will like to know that they are actually reading a story instead of just seeing skin.
