Image Holiday Special 2005 - This was an overall good collection of stories from across the Image line, in color, for only $10. Very nice package and generally very fun. The rundown is as follows.
Mr. Glum: "Holiday Special 1" and Glum & Dragon: "Holiday Special 2" - Two one pagers. Both pee jokes. Awesome.
PvP - My first PvP exposure. This was a cute story of the PvP characters going to the Image holiday party. Funny in that cute, wink-wink way.
Savage Dragon - I generally don't like Mr. Glum, but this was a good solo story done in a b&w snow scene with red as the only cover (yeah, it's a Frank Miller rip, but it's still good).
Scenes from a Bar on Christmas Eve 1-8 - This was a series of one-pagers spread through the book. Very interesting, true to life shorts ranging from scamming on chicks to bitching about the commercialism of Christmas.
Amazing Joy Buzzards and the Christmas Troll! - Wow. This was just bad. A Troll vs Santa and a wrestler. Didn't make a damn bit of sense and the art didn't do much for me.
G-Man and the Christmas Tree of Doom - Another cute one that had a forced ending, but hey, it's only an 8 page story. It had to come together. I'd love to see more Bullpen Bits over G-Man though.
The Battle Hymn: Mid-Nite Mass - This silent story went right over my head. Wonderful art though.
ShadowHawk: Just Another Christmas Story - Yup. Just another predictable Christmas story. Nothing special, but not offensive.
Opening Presents with Benito and Nate! - These two guys had a run in the back of some Kirkman book for a while. They tend to think they're a lot funnier than they really are. Nothing great here either, but again, not offensive.
Spawn - I'm not sure I fully got Brian Haberlin's story here, but from what I got I liked. Nice art too.
Godland: Early Christmas Story - Santa and a skull-headed visitor smoke a bowl. Nice!
Noble Causes: Snow Job - The most enjoyable Noble Causes I've ever read. Not high praise, but at least it was fun and I loved the art, particularly on the snow man's facial expressions.

Buddy Henson's Unexplained Mysteries Story - Cute do-you-believe-in-Santa story from Chris Eliopolious. This pretty much was another Franklin Richards story with generic characters. Fine by me!
The Walking Dead Story - Holy crap. Kirkman went back to the father & son who moved into Rick's house way back in issue one or two. A great little story.
