The man just won't fight law enforcement officers! But what happens when he's cornered and finds out the officers surrounding him in the sewers are not police!

I enjoyed seeing the tables turn in this one (actually several times!), with Punisher in the sewers facing multiple "SWAT" teams, alternating with the man pulling the strings trying to eliminate him. Nice pacing and story!
And the art! Wow.. Some of the panels are soooo cool with outrageous contrast shots of Frank in the sewer! All in all a great read - recommended!
One panel REALLY stands out in this one. Frank shows off his new duds as he prepares to tackle the HOOD and his super-villain henchmen... Punisher - a one man - AVENGERS squad!
I gotta get that shield!!!!
