About Rima Jungle Girl
This title was short-lived, lasting only seven issues. The character Rima the Jungle girl was based loosely on the character from the 1904 novel Green Mansions by W. H. Hudson. All seven issues of the series deal with a young woman with no memory of her past, living as one with nature. She encounters a man who intrigues her and later saves his life. The first four issues deal with Rima and her new friend trying to uncover her past while avoiding jungle pitfalls and other dangers. The final three issues present single issue stories. The character is later revamped in First Wave (2010).
