So that's the Savage Dragon's origin, huh? I guess it's fine. Comes off a little far fetched since we've never seen anything remotely point in this direction, but whatever. Spawn was, for what I could tell, a recap of his history via a conversation with MiracleMan (really, Todd, let go). CyberForce made no sense to me. ShadowHawk could be replaced with any issue of the new ongoing. Other than Dragon, the stories were competent, but didn't feel special. The worst (or most typical?) part was that there are six parts to this book - Introduction, Savage Dragon, Spawn, CyberForce, ShadowHawk and Image Comics Timeline. Only Savage Dragon was free of a glaring typo or two. Pitiful.
