A good issue in so far that it nicely tied up what wasnt a very good arc, and making it end on a positive high note! Weird to say, but it actually did. Great art as always and now I have real high hopes for future issues! This has the potential to be one of the best DC books right now! It just Steve Niles needs to work on charcterisationa and better plots that dont involve lame monsters!!
