Skrulls are Back

So finally the shape-shifting Skrulls are back to terrorize the Marvel Universe. Now we may see some excitement in this miniseries. Unfortunately it has taken three issues to get here.

The Silver Surfer is playing the main protagonist role in the Annihilators and I still dislike the artistic representation of the Silver Surfer by Huat.

The third installment of Rocket Raccoon's adventures see him encountering some friends including one of my favorite animal characters Marvel has created; Blackjack O'Hare. Rocket Raccoon finds himself in "One Flew Over the Cookoo's Nest" as he relives his lost memories and his greatest nemesis has the "Clowns" on his side.

Of the two stories I am sold on Rocket Raccoon's adventures and still see some weakness in the main event.

Those Rocket Raccoon/Groot stories have grown on me. I enjoyed them in GUARDIANS of the GALAXY.

But great art...

That was an interesting twist. As far as the Rocket Raccoon story, I have no use for a rodent and tree story. They should not be on the variant. Just my opinion.
