Mark Waid's Incorruptible #11 keeps getting better as the story and characters continue their development. In this issue we get a glimpse of why Plutonian may have gone loony ... or not. We get an increased appreciation of Alana's role in setting off the carnage that Plutonian unleashed on the world. In addition a plot to eliminate Max Damage is set into motion while Jailbait has been taken hostage and Max is moving to rescue her.
The interplay of Incorruptible and Irredeemable titles makes for a great overall story from different points of view competing to make sense of Plutonian behavior. The final conflict between Max Damage and Plutonian is something to look forward as a natural conclusion to this story.
Marcio Takara's art is pretty good with some excellent panels especially when we see Max Damage, Alana and Jailbait up close. The coloring of Noolan Woodard is better than most other.
