All the reviews were pretty much dead on - this story runs too long, but it's hard not to enjoy the extra long crazy train. I can't remember JRjr's art looking better and Millar actually tells a half decent story. The one-off story at the end about the concentration camp was an odd bit. Kind of hard to reconcile the idea of sticking Wolverine into the Holocaust, but on some level it works just as much as it doesn’t'. Thankfully, according to the essay at the end of the book, Will Eisner was a true genius because this story wouldn't have worked at all if Wolverine spoke.
