Stephen King's Latest Comic Adaptation is Excellent

Fantastic issue. If you have read the novel then you will immediately recognize everything going on in this issue. Imagine the novel without King's huge background of every character. This is the comic. Even without these background insights, the issue progresses getting all the huge points across.

This issue was set up for the soon apocolyptic world. Basically the first 30-35 pages in the book. Coming from a 1000+ book, this will definately span many issues.

The art was good, and I can really see how the artist has done his homework. Fantastic read, can't wait for the rest. 5 stars.

Sry, forgot to mention even if you have not read the novel you will still move along with the plot normally. It was like reading the novel with pictures.
