About Strangers (1993)
The Strangers were a group of strangers who were all hit by a strange energy beam, known as "Jumpstart" while riding on a San Francisco cable car. They all gained amazing abilities, they joined together, along with a mysterious woman from a hidden civilization to form the Strangers.
