Issue #4, the final installment in this mini-series, felt a little rushed. But let me stress the word "little"!
As always, it was interesting seeing the final SIEGE events play out from a street level point of view. Seeing the Rainbow Bridge of Asgard from the street for instance was interesting.
One thing is for certain. These books help clarify continuity. So; to use the Rainbow Bridge example again, this is one of the few books where you will see an element from another story in background, even though it isn't a main piece of the books storytelling. This is something Marvel has been working on doing better. I mean how can Venom symbiotes be falling from the sky in New York and the Fantastic Four not see them?
I felt the art in this issue was the weakest of the four issues. Chris Samnee seemed to be rushing his panels.
In hindsight, I think this would have been a perfect issue to showcase the dissolution of the Superhuman Registration Act. Ben Ulrich could be sitting in on the court hearings as the ears and eyes of the audience.
So, this wasn't a bad read, but it could have been better.
