Actually it's kind of like a rematch. After losing the Legion leader election, Superboy turns into a "sore" loser. Later it is revealed that Superboy was challenging and beratinhg Wildfire to protect him from what is shown by history to be a deadly mission for a Legion leader. Turns out, history was painted wrong. Great Grell art and also Wiacek inks in thye second story for this issue.
