Namor has amnesia and is under the control of the Secret Empire's Number One. The Secret Empire lies in ruins due to internal power struggles and the unstoppable Hulk, and Number One wants revenge. He sends the Sub-Mariner to destroy the Hulk, who wanders the streets of New York in search of the Avengers. While on the hunt, Namor is spotted by Warlord Krang, who fires on him. The result is the opposite of the intended, as the blast server only to restore Namor's memory, and his fury is refocused on Krang. 12 pages.
"Rampage in the City!" featuring the Hulk.
The Hulk has decided that he's through running. He goes to New York City to seek the companionship of the Avengers, donning a trench coat and hat for anonymity. The news is buzzing with Major Glenn Talbot's daring defense of the the Orion Missile against Boomerang. The news also knows that Hulk has been spotted in the City and Rick Jones goes to help the only way he can, by taking the job of delivering somebody's car. Rick's customer is shady, and there is a dark secret lurking in the trunk. Art is credited to "Almost the Whole Blamed Bullpen", and the work of Jack Kirby, Bill Everett, Gil Kane, and Herb Trimpe are recognizable. 10 pages.
