I must say that CrossGen's Lady Death is probably the best incarnation of this character. It had an internal consistency that is weak in this series. There are a few new characters that are being introduced, which should make the story grow as new issues are published, but at this stage it is a weak story. What saves his series at this time is the strength of the art.
