For being one of the few New 52 comics I own, is a great one. If you have been following the series from day one, you should defiantly buy this. It has villians from the past and some new ones which really rocks. Batman has his work cut out for him in this great comic. I also think this comic will go up in value pretty fast because it is the first annual of Detective comics. As a collector who loves stories, its a great buy. For someone who is doing this for money, it's a great buy. So overall, buy this wonderful comic.
