This touches down nicely
this issue is fantastic and has hardly any action, but its all about what happened to Bucky after he was captured by Russians after WWII and how he became the Winter Soldier.
Its really amazing storytelling and its a great little backstory into what happened to Bucky.
Fantastic writting and great artwork!
