This series did a good job of bringing the Shadow up to date (if you call the 80's up to date). Though the transitions were sometimes choppy, Andrew Helfer writes some great dialogue. The plot stays interesting, using old and new characters in the Shadows service. Sienkiewicz's art creates the right mood for this book and the coloring was somewhat experimental. All and all a good read!
