Welcome To Oblivion.

This issue of Guardians of the Galaxy was yet another well delivered pile of cosmic awesomeness, as it always has been since the beginning. One thing I might say about this issue though is that it is not a good jumping on point at all, in fact, this issue will probably only make complete sense if you have been reading these kind of cosmic related stories since pre-Annihilation Conquest times. Just to give you a heads up.

This issue focuses only on Drax and Phyla in Oblivion after the events of what happened to them in the previous issue. It takes a few sharp turns and works very well as a constructive and exciting issue in terms of the plot and the dialogue. It also (without spoiling) see's the return of a character who died in the Phalanx War, but its a 'return'.. with a twist!

The new artist on this issue made for a very different and equally as compelling read, I am in favour of this artist doing a few more issues perhaps.

I would have given this issue a 4 star rating had it have focused at least a little bit on the Guardians themselves back on Knowhere, but I suppose you can't complain with the results of this issue.. I mean it was decent! So it's all good.

As always, Guardians of the Galaxy delivers yet again!
