Sinbad and friends continues their struggle against a wicked wizard that has the power to destroy them with a blink of an eye, but toys with them instead. This issue does nothing for the main story, but sets up a new twist involving one of Sinbad's friend and his troubled pasts; the search for vengeance is heavy on his shoulders.
The cover art is as always the main attraction for Zenescope titles. It definitely catches the eye and sells comics; kudos to Diego Bernard for this wonderful covers. The interior art is generally well done. I found issue #12 to be better drawn than other issues and maintains the high quality throughout. The writing is ok; it does the job. I feel that I need to complete this story arc, but it will take some better story development to get me to sign on to the next story arc.
