I have to be honest and come right out to say that I was not looking forward to this issue. They original team are gone. The Dark Reign has begun. And the cover features Jacosta!
To my suprise, this book was pretty awesome!
The long lost Scarlet Witch (or at least her sub-concious) calls together a new group of heroes to form the new Mighty Avengers. The new team is actually top notch! I couldn't have picked them better. I won't spoil it by listing them, but lets just say that they won't have any trouble with Sentry and Ares being on the Dark Avengers!
The transformation Hank Pym has gone through since the Wasp's death is really intriguing. He really seems to have finally gone off the deep end, but this seems to work for him in some weird way.
Even though I am not done all of my reads so far this week, it might be safe to say that this was the Pick of the Week for me. And it has been some time since I have been able to say that about a Mighty Avengers book!
