I do. Well, it's true in this case.
Bottom Line: This comic is NOT worth $5. Or $4. Or even $3. But it's not about the quality of the printing, it the quality of the stories. They kinda suck.
I gave this one to a 12 yr old, and he wanted to know why Spider-Man was not 'Cool' anymore. I explained to him that the good stuff does not happen in this title. He asked 'Why do they make this one then?'
I had no answer because I really don't know, or do not want to know.
I'll rank them in order, Best to Worst.
He liked the reprint of ASM #97-98, as did I.
The 'Untold Harry Osborn' tale was ok, but never grabbed me, nor did it really explain anything new.
'Career Paths' was a typical 'insert your hero and villian here' story. It could have starred ANYONE.
Amazing Spider-Ma'am was ok, for what it was. It should have been a quick sub-plot in another Spidy title, but when you are paying 5 cents per page to read it, it's kinda lame.
'Peter Porker' is always funny, but not worth the price, as it's obviously just 'filler'
It sucks when the reprint SEVERELY outshines the regular new stories.
Get you Spidy-fix somwhere else... you will starve here!
