This release is also known as Second Edition. It reprints most of the Premiere Edition - thirty cards were removed from the original Premier Edition release, including all ultra-rares and some problematic rares, and replaced with a new set of rare and ultra-rare cards.
Technically, this set has 354 cards but card XF97-130v2 / The Gregors was distributed only as a promo card in Scrye magazine.
