Hey CCL-ers! I just wanted to make you aware of a small bug that we're currently addressing. It's super interesting but it's only affecting a few people and not everyone...which is good but ANYONE being effected isn't what we want to see.

(Note: This bug seems to only be affecting a couple sellers on CCL and not general population or any function other than random listings for sale.)

A few weeks back we were contacted by 2 CCL sellers who had posted some books for sale in their storefront and then after a few days those listings just seemed to vanish...as if they didn't exist in the first place. We thought the issue was fixed however it seems to be back and for the last couple days I've been putting the team together.

To address this issue, I've brought our very own Scott Adams, the Chief Examiner himself AND the wizard behind the scenes who helped design the cloud-based CCL system for our former CEO Joe Butler. We originally thought it might have something to do with the move to our new servers however that doesn't appear to be the problem. Scott's been hard at work today going through code and he believes he's found what's causing the issue however he's still checking a couple things out before figuring out an elegant solution for the problem.

We have no evidence to support anything other than the information I've provided here and I just wanted to make you guys aware of the situation so everyone's in the loop. It's still business as usual and beyond this hiccup the site is still working smoothly.

I just wanted to update everyone and give you guys a little transparency so you know we're working on the issue and hope to have a fix loaded post haste.

In a few moments, we will need to take CCL offline in order to test a fix for an issue some users were reporting. We don't anticipate any problems and expect the site to only be down for a few.

Ok, we've implemented what we hope will solve the issue...however if you do get an error when listing please send minimum the time/date it happened along with any additional information like a screenshot to helpdesk@comiccollectorlive.com that will continue to help us in case this didn't fix it.

We don't know if what was implemented today will fix the problem as we're still gathering information but again if you're experiencing either an error when listing issues OR missing issues completely that you have added, please let us know: helpdesk@comiccollectorlive.com

Not to rain on everyone's parade so soon, but the Badger and GI Joe issues that were mentioned in the other thread are still unlistable.

I noticed that as well.
