This I thought would be interesting because the dragons’ biggest threat is their fire, however against this enemy which looks like a blatant fire demon that lives in the lava, I don’t think it’s going to do much against it.

The Balrog on the other hand finds a unique ally in none other than Magneto


According to Ian McKellan himself, Gandalf would defeat Magneto, so Erik is seeking revenge against the character the balrog itself would want payback against too.

Who wins these rounds?

Tough matchup! In Round 1, I think the Balrog has the upper hand against Daenerys and her dragons. But in Round 2, with Gandalf on their side, I believe Daenerys and her dragons could take the win against the Balrog and Magneto. What do you all think?

I actually have the same thought. Surprise Gandalf is making so much difference, but I can easily see it. Fight 1 is kind of obvious why the dragons would have such a hard time beating the Balrog.

Gandalf can beat either the Balrog or Magneto 1 vs 1, but the team up is more interesting. The dragon's fire won't likely be much of a issue for Blarog, but will for Magneto especially since there's 3 of them. Also I can think of a easy attack to get through Erik's shields and that's blinding light.

Also the Balrog, unless someone wants to correct me, has no range attack. So if Balrog and Erik gets separated, it's a lot more easier Deanerys and Gandalf to focus all their attacks on one enemy which unfortunately will likely be Magneto since he has no resistance against dragon fire and best to focus your attacks on the enemies who can be affected by it as oppose to the one who's not so much affected.
