Quick Update from The Brotherhood

We’ve been experiencing some major delays over the past couple of weeks due to late (or entirely missing) shipments from Diamond on New Comic Book Day. This week marks our first inbound shipment since transitioning to Penguin, and we’re hoping things will run smoothly from here on out.

In the meantime, we’ve been restocking back issues and added lots of new graphic novels, and we’ve also been reducing prices across our current inventory. Be sure to check out that folder/shelf when you stop in!

Also, a heads-up: next month is our 2-year anniversary! Expect a crazy good deal to help us celebrate. More to come

My local shop owner just told me yesterday they are having trouble with their Dynamite books because Diamond owes Dynamite $500,000. Which puts Dynamite in a pickle, as the other distributors are reluctant to take them on due to the massive volume of cover variants they have to inventory and stock (which don't sell that well anyway). Or something.

Yeah, they've been a sinking ship for a few months now and only gotten worse every week. They upset all the major companies and did even worst by retail shops with major delays and ZERO notifications. I definitely don't see any kinds of recovery from this as most shops already pulled out. I assumed they would remain as a toy distributor, but after all this, I doubt anything will be left standing.
