As Peter and Mary Jane discuss what their next option is for Aunt May, A detective shows up to question "Mary Reilly" about her aunt. When he attempts to take MJ to the police station Peter knocks him out, committing his first, and not the last, felony of the night so he can move Aunt May to a safer hospital.
