"Extreme Reaction"
In this installment, Captain Atom returns from the "dead" (Actually if was just a temporary step into the timestream caused by his absorbing too much energy). Now with his teammates help, he has discovered that the Kill-Team package was sent by someone named General Synge. Captain Atom intends to find him and make him pay for the numerous transgressions made.
