Cobra enters Millville, offering to restore the town's economy and end up brainwashing the entire populace. Mutt and Spirit get captured by Cobra forces, but are rescued by a local veteran. Rock & Roll and Clutch have their Cobra brainwashing activated, but are able to overcome it.
