Scabbard wants the President of the United Sates Dead, he wants Salvo to do the job. Marietta, Salvo's mother is the bargaining chip. Scabbard also wants it filmed by Dan Grove. Before anything can transpire, Dan is forced to relive the seconds prior to his fathers death.
