"Men with Fangs!"
A wife finds odd tracks in the couple's basement, and she and her husband follow them into the lair of the were-rats. The creatures have trapped the humans, and seek to change them into one of their own, but need the subject's consent. The husband says he'd rather die, but when they threaten to eat his wife, he relents.
