Help! It's been quite a few months since I've logged on to the site, and today I logged on and wanted to check my wish list and what is available, and my wish list shows "0" - zero, nothing, nadda. Gad-ZOOKS! Anxious

What do I do?

As far as I know, the Wishlist should not disappear if you are a subscriber. Contact Steve (The_Valiant_One) for help.

Thank you, I will do that as I am a subscriber and my subscription has not expired.

Well, that went BADLY! This is the reply I received.

Hey Kurt - thanks for reaching out and I appreciate your question! I would love to help you but unfortunately the system removes the Wish List information after a period of inactivity. It's been like that for as long as I can remember even before I came on board with CCL. Sorry about that! Get to work on rebuilding that list, sir!

~S!

Needless to say that after 14+ years and just shy of $20 THOUSAND dollars that I've spent supporting this site and the sellers on this site, with THAT kind of flippant and dismissive answer, I'll be taking my time, effort, and money elsewhere.

It may have been a couple of months since I've logged in, but my subscription doesn't expire until upcoming mid August. There is ZERO reason my wish list of many HUNDREDS of items should simply be removed. That is ABSURD!

That hurts to hear. I wish someone else could chime in on this. I've never heard of wishlists being removed for subscribers. Maybe that is a thing, but I just don't know for sure.
