Why, Adam Beechen, Why????

Ok seriously, I wrote a review for issue #1 and I was loving this series. Jump ahead four months to issue #4 and I now officially loathe it.

I don’t want to spoil the big reveal at the end but needless to say it’s ridiculous. Batman Beyond was a great cartoon I loved the first ongoing series, I was stoked to see that after this mini there would be a series. Well after reading this issue I hope it follows the continuity set up by Batman #700 so we can forget this mess of an issue and terrible reveal of the main villain.

The Big Bad could never be the big bad, it’s not that person’s M.O. I’m gonna finish this mini series as the cartoon was worth spending the additional $6.00 to finish it. However if they don’t make this right I’m not getting the series.

This better be a dream, ala Dallas or the Family Guy Episode “Da Boom.”

Due to the reveal I gotta give this a 1 out of 5, we will see if #5 can be better then this.
