"The Four Element Enemies"
After watching Superman save an alien race from a space pirate armada, the space pirate Amalak vows to destroy Superman. He uses stolen technology to change four Earthlings into the four elements Earth, Air, Water and Fire. The process erases their memories and leaves them as mindless disasters that he hopes will destroy Superman.
