"Vanity"
*An alien race targets Earth for colonization, but hits a satellite on the way, crash landing on the Moon. The aliens mistakenly assume Earthlings are hostile. Next, we meet Vanity and her company, who live on Earth, but outside of society, armed with advanced technology. Vanity has connections with both the US and Soviet intelligence agencies, both of whom want to know about what is taking place on the Moon. Vanity is desperate to get to the moon before the US or USSR, as she is hiding a secret.

"Escape from Fire"
*The natives hold a man captive, and are readying their ritual of fire. The man, fearing for his life, escapes into the jungle, evading capture as long as possible, but then loses his bid for freedom by a well-placed spear throw. As this delusion fades, along with the man's life, we hear police report that the escaped paranoid schizophrenic from the asylum has been neutralized by deadly force.

"Welcome Home"
*In the year 4300, the Earth has been under assault by an alien race, the Doreks, for countless years. The situation has spawned pirate profiteers. When the captain of the pirate ship "Vienna" refuses to sanction the plunder of a nearby ship, the crew mutinies. They assault the captain, only to learn that she is a Dorek in disguise. Imagining a significant reward for her capture, the crew takes her planet-side, only to find things have changed significantly on Earth.
