As Ralph Dibny's investigation into the Cult of Conner leads him to cross paths with Green Arrow, a new hero emerges in Metropolis, which annoys Booster Gold and intrigues Clark Kent. Meanwhile, John Henry Irons strange metamorphosis continues and he suspects Lex Luthor is behind it. Natasha Irons believes John has voluntarily undergone Lex's new Everyman Project to gain these powers even though he wouldn't let her do the same thing, and decided to go behind her uncle's back and join the program anyway.
